Security & privacy

Your account and evidence should feel protected.

Pint Path separates public venue data from private account data, source evidence, upload-location proof, billing records, and reviewer notes.

Security reports

If you find a bug that could expose private data or bypass access rules, report it through Contact us using "Security report".

Accounts

Use your own login

Do not share accounts. Log out of public devices and use the "Log out all sessions" action if you lose access to a device.

Evidence

Keep uploads safe

Do not upload IDs, cards, licence numbers, passport details, private staff info, or anything unrelated to venue price verification.

Analytics

Control optional data use

Signed-in users can manage optional analytics and dependent venue-report inclusion from Account. Pint Path does not currently run a separate research-contact or marketing-email programme; either would require a new explicit opt-in.

Data request paths

Choose the right support category

A clear category helps us separate normal product feedback from privacy, security, and account requests.

Privacy requestAsk to correct, limit, or clarify how account data is used.
Data export requestAsk for a copy of your account/submission records where available.
Account deletion requestRequest account deletion, subject to audit, fraud, billing, or legal retention limits.
Security reportReport auth, privacy, storage, payment, or access-control issues.
Abuse reportReport harassment, fake data, spam, venue abuse, or suspicious contribution activity.

If you cannot sign in, use Contact us and include the account email so ownership can be checked. Do not send passwords, card numbers, private keys, ID documents, or unnecessary personal files.

Manage account controls

From your account page you can update privacy preferences, request export/deletion/support, and log out all sessions.
